Book: Planning Extreme Programming

A big part of Road 3's business is coaching people who are new to product management or product managers who are new to Agile. We provide coaching clients with some recommended reading. Here is one example. Whether you are new to Agile, new to product management, or just want to brush up on your skills, there are a number of books that I recommend reading, but if you only have time to read one book, this is it. Planning Extreme Programming covers the nuts and bolts of managing an agile project, how to do planning, and how to interact with the team. You'll learn all the vocabulary of Agile and XP, and get a simple tutorial of how to be agile. For a slightly more technical view, consider the companion book Extreme Programming Explained.
